Why Japan ???? Its So Expensive !!!!

Yes no doubt about it, Japan can burn a big hole in your pocket,what's more if you are going there for 2 months plus? What is my budget? Where to eat? Where to stay? These are some of the common questions to ask. So in order to cut cost down and at the same time not willing to miss out some nice Japanese foods and attractions especially their famous Onsen (hotsprint) and Sushi . I need to strike a balance. Campings and self-cookings are my favorite, staying with the locals thru' warmshower and couch-surfer provided an opportunity to learn about Japanese cultures and their way of life, hopefully also get to enjoy home-cook Japanese foods which i am sure very much different from us in Malaysia. Well you see, so much interesting things to expect, besides the world class facilities of safe crime and cleanliness . So when AirasiaX offers come by last year Oct, I booked the ticket flying from LCCT to Osaka round trip for only Rm 860 inclusive of all taxes and bicycle charged under sport equipment and meals on board,cheap,right?
