We decided to cycle down to Sannomiya town to do some enquiry and also check out our bank card ,and also to buy a data line for my laptop. After some hard searching finally we were directed to someone who is a Japanese that can speak English fairly well, although Jac also speak the local language quite well. A wimax from KDDI that has a wide coverage cost me almost 9000yen for 2 months unlimited usage.Sherco will share out for 1 month, then I will continue for 2nd month and finally Jac will take over. With the internet router settled, now we faced another big problem as both our Maybank and Public bank debit card were rejected at all the ATM that we had tried, we gave up trying and started to worry about how to survive in Japan with our only limited Yen that we exchanged in Malaysia.Feeling rather dejected we returned to Jac apartment. We still figuring out all sort of options if we were unable to use the ATM, that including changing our route north to Tokyo instead of southwest to Shikkoku, another option is to ask Sherco wife to bank in to Dave and then to Dave brother in law. Then Robert suggested to call the bank thru his Skype, and finally we were told our cards were not activated b4 we leave Japan. Now that the cards were successfully activated, and were told to try it on the ATM after 5 min,and soon after our dinner, we went out to the ATM but still unsuccessful, still feeling worried but not too disappointed, maybe it needed more time, hopefully by tomorrow, this headache will be settled once and for all.We were to be blame for not checking with the respective bank for oversea activation.Lesson learned.

    1. Thanks Tony for your great help in sending us to the Lcct. The road here is very clean and less congested ,few ppl and less traffic but the numerous traffic lights and junctions were a nuisance, having to brake when you are cruising nicely.Btw,how's our project, what is the progress so far?

    2. Awesome ! At least better than penang...hahaha. Progress is going smooth so far. The "thing" for me and you have already settled. The gear is already underway, credit card has been charged and part of the tools already arrived today.

By the way, if there are any problems with cash still, see if you can find any Western Union over there, I can send money to you guys if you debit card is still not working. Quite off you need to activate yours, mine works fine though for my Hong Leong and HSBC Debit card.

Let me know if your still need help.
